Who we are:

The Borderland Legion is a Horde guild on the Runetotem-EU-Server. As you have found our hideout already, you certainly knew that before. And you’ve probably also heard, that we are a bloodthirsty and uncompromising bunch as tough as nails. Well, not everything you will overhear is true, though every rumor carries a grain of truth. We are all of the above – and so much more.

The truth is, that we are an easy-going, carefree, fun and helpful gang, giving its members the opportunity to enjoy Warcraft in a friendly, yet demanding raiding atmosphere. The truth is also, that we take our endeavours serious and great pride in maintaining a high morale while doing so. If you can’t operate or socialise in a community and you spell “team” with an “i”, don’t even bother applying.

We have cleared the 20-player instances of Zul’Gurub and Ahn’Qiraj as well as the 40-player instances Molten Core, Blackwing Lair and Ahn’Qiraj in “Vanilla Warcraft”. During the Burning Crusade we already conquered Karazhan, Gruul’s Lair and Magtheridon's basement flat. Currently we are preparing ourselves to break into Mount Hyjal and the Black Temple, so sturdy boots are an absolute necessity, if you want to join the crew.

What we are looking for are aspiring players with the best selection of blue and epic gear available from 5-player instances; players who have a longer attention span than a monkey and come prepared to our raids. Upon being awarded a new item, we also expect you to socket and enchant your gear as quickly as possible.

What is important to us:
Besides knowing your class inside out and being level 70, we expect you to realise, that your application is usually the first profound impression you make, so better put some effort into it. If abbreviations and l33tsp34k are your thing, we are probably not the guild you'd feel comfortable in. We raid four times a week and expect our applicants to be available on those days. If you have a mediocre attendance and a rough time socialising, you will not pass your four-week-trial period most likely.

The Borderland Legion adventures into caverns, keeps and castles all over Azeroth and the Outland throughout the week. These 25-player instance runs are one of the main focuses of the guild, so if you are interested in joining, you should keep this in mind. We speak English in the guild, though other languages may crop up. Also it is important, that you are attuned for Karazhan and have access to most – if not all – instances in heroic difficulty.
